		<description>I completely agree, I don’t see why the US embassy is refusing to pay the congestion charge if everyone else has to. I don’t want to be paying more as a result of them refusing to. I found out that one way of dodging the congestion fees altogether would be to buy one of these new &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.fiat.co.uk/500twinair/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;eco friendly cars&lt;/a&gt;. But does this mean that the more people that invest in these cars, the more the non eco friendly car drivers will have to pay to compensate the difference? I mean if that’s the case then it’s pretty much a race to see who can get the most fuel efficient car first.</description>
